- 1. School conveyance facilities are available in selected routes. 17 buses are operated for the given Routes. The details of routes Bus timings, conveyance charge etc may be obtained from the transferred manager.
- 2. Bus fare will be charged according to the distance and it will be collected either once in a year or in equal installments payable along with the School Fees.
- 3. The Student shall be at the Bus Stop specified at least 5 minutes ahead of the prescribed time.
- 4. If a change in collection point/ Bus stop is desired. The same shall be communicated by the parent through a written note to the transport Manager with date and clear instruction at least one day before.
- 5. Any change in the pick-up point and dropping point must be informed in writing to the Office and obtain prior Permission/ Approval.
- 6. If any Student decides to discontinue Transport Facility, it must be communicated in writing to the office and should get approval in advance. Failure to do so; he/she will be considered as if he/she avails the transport facility and charged accordingly.
- 7. Deviation from approved route or picking up from home will not be allowed to reduce the effective time of travel of students and avoid unwanted delays.
- 8. For any information or complaints against the drivers or the attendants or about the transport arrangement parents shall be contact the transport manager.
- 9. The School is keen to encourage Pupils to take responsibility for their behavior in school bus in the interest of the safety and welfare of all. The Transport Manager follows incidents of poor behavior on the buses.
- 10. The Students are expected to Maintain strict discipline in the school bus and boarding safeties.
- 11. Parents are not expected to talk to get any information from the drivers and the attendants as it will affect the time schedule.
